If you know how to ride a
bike, you can go mountain biking. Find a friend and some
small flat off-road tracks to get a feel for it. Be careful
of letting your buddies take you on a 20-mile ride for your
first go. That could be the experience that makes you never
want to go again. Also, check out your local bike shop.
They may offer classes or know of clubs in the area.
